Melody Everson
Melody’s career has always been guided by curiosity and a passion for understanding how the pieces fit together. She earned her BBA in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Texas State University and began her career in assurance at Ernst & Young, later moving into IPO and technical accounting consulting at Connor Group.
While working in accounting, Melody discovered that what energized her most was understanding businesses as a whole and the people behind them. That realization led her to transition into recruiting for finance and accounting positions, where she combined her analytical background with a relationship-driven approach.
Everson Talent was born from this journey.
